Gaining access to a property safely and quickly is really important in the case of an accident or fall.

Whilst on my way home from a walk over the moss in Lytham St. Annes with my wife and dog we came across an ambulance and fire engine struggling to get into a property to attend to someone who had taken a fall. The firemen had tried to gain entry through the door and were nearly successful but had abandoned this approach and started trying to pull the beading from the window. I had no tools with me but everything I needed was in front of me from the fire brigade, I offered my services, took charge of the situation and had gained entry through the door in seconds, then stepped aside for the emergency services do what they do best. I did not stick around around to see the outcome but I was bursting with pride that I could help my heroes.
